1. Product Information
   We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.
2. Orders & Payment
   All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping & Delivery
   Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Contact your local post office for assistance and enquiries about delayed or missing products. 
4. Returns & Refunds
   Returns and refunds are accepted only for broken or damaged products. Customers must notify us within three (3) days of product receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored. Proof of damage is required. Refunds or exchanges for reasons other than product damage.
5. Cancellations
   Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
6. Liability Limitation
   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content, images, and materials associated with our business are the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied or used without written permission.
