Once the order is dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the postal or courier service, [Tikvahinhearts] is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If any issues occur after your item has been shipped, including delivery delays or tracking concerns, please contact your local post office or courier service directly for assistance using the tracking details provided. For it becomes outside our control once the parcel has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, [Tikvahinhearts] is not responsible for delays caused by:
